A collection of handy utilities for Windows
Small Utilities Suite is a free utility suite developed by Softspecialists for PC devices. It is a collection of Windows utilities that offer alternative solutions or added functionalities to the already existing and built-in functions and features found on the popular computer operating system.
Much like how Glary Utilities does it, Small Utilitities Suites is trying to offer Windows users alternative options and tools that they can use to supplement or enhance the overall experience of using their PCs. The suite can be managed and installed via the Command Line Terminal.
What does it offer?
Windows is the most popular and widely used operating system on PCs today. It's an OS that gets better and introduces new functions and features with every release. Despite this, it is far from perfect, hence the various third-party programs and utilities being developed for it to make up for some of its deficiencies. Small Utilities Suite aims to do just that with its collection of tools.
Small Utilities Suite features a collection of over 70 utilities and tools that can be available in both installable and portable versions. You can also opt to download it in its entirety or just pick the ones that you need the most. You can manage and use them through your command terminal or via the automatically generated desktop shortcuts, making things a bit easier for you.
Some of the functions that these tools provide range from file and disk management, handy network utilities, letting you change some privacy settings, and many more. As mentioned earlier, you will be doing most of these things via a command terminal. As such, a certain level of knowledge and familiarity is required. Also, not all are guaranteed to work on newer versions of Windows, or even be useful anymore.

Small Utilities Suite offers plenty of tools to choose from and will cater to various needs. The collection is available in either installable or portable versions, and you can even choose just the ones you need. Some of them are already outdated and might not even work properly, but it is completely free and is still worth a look.
